Remedial repair work associated with the piers or stumps under the floor.

- Subsidence of concrete pads under the floor.
- Rotting of timber.
- Lack of ventilation.

Create access either by underfloor, trapdoor or cutting hole in floor.
Identify problem and causes, and replace or repair as required.
